Delete your TeamOutings account

TeamOutings is made by Startup QuickStart, LLC. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by asking us.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the TeamOutings app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us to delete it

Email support@teamoutings.io from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address and profile photo
• Photos you uploaded
• Your RSVPs, poll votes, notifications and settings
• Your membership in your organization and its teams
• Your chat messages, which are removed and shown as deleted

What stays

Outings and polls you created belong to your team, so they stay for the people still using them and show as created by “Former member”. If your organization has a paid plan, its billing records are kept as required by law.
